Israel civil jurisdiction is limited to its UNGA181 part II boundaries; and IDF as occupying power has Laws of Armed Conflict obligations: War Crimes by the persons whom eventually carry out the orders. At present, all that can be done is document for eventual War Crimes Tribunals and/or reprisals.
