http://devirkahan.com/ - Just a few weeks ago I had an issue with my Apple Wireless keyboard together with the new Magic Mouse and it's batteries dying in just 4-5 DAYS. No one at Apple showed any signs of any fix being on the way, and so I decided to email no other than Steve Jobs himself. I told him how this was very surprising from company like Apple and that they should have tested this more before they released it. (I also just told him that it'd be very cool if his name was in my inbox.) And then, lo-and-behold, I got an email back from Steve Jobs saying that he was sorry and a fix was coming soon! How cool is that? I understand there is a (large) possibility that it was just a very high-ranking tech support member who screens his emails that I got that response from, but Steve Jobs himself is known to get back to people like this I guess we'll never know for sure, but it's still pretty cool.

That wasn't proof. Show us the actually email address from him. You could of made a new contact called steve jobs in Address Book and have email as mail@example.com. and then sent an email from mail@example.com to your personal email address. I would believe you if you showed me proof of this. Thanks.
