couldn't agree more. It's dangerous driving out there now. There are people running all over the roads and people on roads running all over them! Saturday night down town feels like a riot zone with cars and kids going berserk. Shrieking drunken girls and yelling moronic men staggering around in our city is turning visitors OFF. To learn how to drive as well as party with any amount of courtesy will help everyone sort that out. And it needs to be sorted. In a hurry.
