Was just wondering what chapter is this? (which -hen? is it in Kai?) I haven't seen the series in a while so my memory is fuzzy.

this one is not kai or rei but it is Matsuri
which means festival.

Higurashi Matsuri is what the game is called
It is a compilation of all the question and answer arcs (excluding Matsuribayashi)

I mentioned Kai because this was animated into an episode (if i remember) and so i'm asking in which episode of Kai was this scene shown
