That's true, I'm an overseas chinese and, like many of my friends, am considering the option of migrating back to major Chinese cities (Beijing, Shanghai, HK). The potential for growth makes up for the relatively dirty air. Besides, it always feels good to have lots of other Chinese people around :)

In the 21st century, many oversea chinese had now already started to migrate back to china, to serve their own motherland & become benefited from its awesome economic growth.

Western countries now got no money. China has money. Migration trend is of course toward china.
