Depth jump to 20 kettlebell swings
10 kneeling medball throws
10 uni kettlebell Rdls
20 TRX high rows
20 TRX Pikes
4 rounds rest as needed.
Nice circuit. Just did those same unilateral RDL with a dumbbell last night - they're tough. Really test the ankles' stability as well.
