I think we could be happy, that not Mozart wrote the Lacrimosa, becouse we had to play it like Mozart composed it. I think not many people know, that a Mozart-student finished the Lacrimosa (Franz Xaver Süßmayer). Only the first 8 measures are from Mozart. So thanks to Süßmayer for one good piece "by" Mozart, and thanks to Liszt for this great transcription.

who play this.Is there anybody have listen lacrimosa by Petronel Malan.She play in her album Transfigured Mozart.That's my favourite version.I have been searching the sheet for a long time.Some one said she play according the Liszt's version.But as I listen here,it seems not totally the same.Anybody can help me,I will be very appreciate.

Oh shit. I just found out Liszt transcribed Mozart's requiem to piano.
Its an awesome feeling when you find something phenomenal that you didn't know exists.
