  • @suzukix5owner shut yer cock holster

  • Dont let this video fool you.70-80 people went down to the basement of Marples and only about 7 people were found alive. It was deemed a waste of time and money to recover the rest of the bodies and they were left buried to this day.For crying out loud these were men, women and children doing their Christmas shopping and the Germans knew this. They were never remembered or their bodies recovered and all we have now is a German motorcycle clothing shop above them.SHAME ON YOU SHEFFIELD COUNCIL.

  • My grandad was on leave from the army when Marples got bombed, he volunteered to help clear the rubble. he told me they fed long tubes down the gaps so the survivors could drink milk to help keep them nourished. he told me how people used to go to Marples specifically because they were under the impression it was the safest place to be during an air raid, he even told me visitors stopping in the town centre were told to go to Marples if the air raid siren went off.

  • My mother was eight years old on the night of the Sheffield Blitz, the whole family of four spent the night in the Shelter in the garden. At one point a huge landmine dropped in the next road and shook the shelter to its foundations. When they emerged the next day all the windows of their house had been blown in, all the cups and glass bottles in the kitchen were smashed, indeed every everything except two eggs which were sat in a sugar basin with not even a crack in them! Strange old world.
