hoosac raw footage

This is the same clip but extended of strange hoosac footage. While the other clip had effects added, this clip is untampered with raw footage. Notice the odd sound at the end which I still can't identify. This footage was taken on the anniversary of the central shaft accident. October 17th 2007. It was also between 4:30 and 5:30 pm when the work day would have ended and the accident most likely occured. On the footage Jamie is talking about how we heard the sound of falling rocks about 3/4 of a mile into the tunnel.

Good point about the mechnics, but, that's where I cut the film in editing. In the 8 mm version on the tape, I don't actually shut the camera off right away. It stays on for another 30 seconds or so.

I've been up there 100 times, rode through the tunnel on a flat bed once, choked on a little diesel, and had to jump off at the other end, the central shaft is worth noting, It is capped off with a building that house 2 giant blow fans that suck up the smoke, pretty cool.

@Modelbuilder53 well since 193 people died in the construction of this tunnel, i think there is haunting. and also in 1865 a explosives expert ringo kelley was working and he accidently killed two of gis men. and then he disappeared, and a year later, he was found strangled. some say he was strangled of the ghosts he killed and some say he just was a retarded fool who hung himself for no reason. i think he was strangled by the ghosts. now, does that answer your question

that sound comes right when the video is stopping so it is probably the sound of the mechanics in the camera stopping the tape from rolling.
