It's finally done! It turned out great and once again, the video can't capture the look of the finish.

  • If you'd like photo's of the feet I made just let me know. Summit is where we got ours. They're around $500 shipped and well worth it. I will put a set in the Manx I am building now.

  • Yes, they are Procar 90 seats made by Scat. It is hard to find narrow seats as you are finding out. These come with the sliders and I took some heavy aluminum angle pieces and cut them into oh 1.25 inch wide strips to make the feat for the sliders and mounting brackets. These are quality seats and comfortable. I will use another pair in the Manx II that I am building now. I will also tell you that these are the whitest vinyl seats made. We had to order extra material to make the rear match.

  • Thank you!

  • I'm not sure. The car was a gift from my inlaws so we started way ahead of the game.

  • No, but I am building another right now. The engine is on my bench cleaned, checked and ready for assembly. New pistons, sleeves, heads bearings etc.The pan is marked and ready for shortening so I will be posting some video of the progress. Thank you for the compliment!

  • That would be great to see the feet you fabricated. No sense in reinventing the wheel if you've already figured it out. I'll send you a private message with my email address through your you tube channel, unless you would rather just post the pictures on your channel. Thanks.

  • Thanks for the info on the seats. I'll check out the Procar's. I think they'll look good in my Manx.

  • Very nice clean buggy. Could you tell me what brand/type of seats you used. I'm planning to upgrade the seats in my buggy and the ones you used look great. They look like they fit perfectly and are narrow enough to be positioned farther to the rear. Thanks.

  • Very nice buggy thank you for the video, your garage is very organize as well makes me want to go clean mine up a bit

  • Oh ... and why spend so much on it ? Just asking

  • Nice combination of blue and white , though it would be better with black but ... 1 : Looks like u spent prety much on it and 2 : Why the hell did u put the back seat on ? its only good for groceries or baby seats ... and this is not the right car fo them so ... why put it ?
