You could do better than that. yes you can:
display dialog "A virus has been detected" buttons {"Shut down", "Shut down"} default button 2
tell application "Finder" to shut down
BUT, you should change shut down to sleep, because they could loose important work. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!

Dude, When i put save as, the options on file format are "Script, Script Bundle, Application, Text" No Application bundle! What do i do?

Nope, but you can make it shut down by adding:
tell application "Finder" to shut down
