Chicago needs a Conceal Carry Weapons law (CCW), so they can defend their family against these criminals. Support the Second Amendment of the US Constitution..
Then why did you say you would leave to a better more stable environment if you just randomly roamed around plus it's your choice to have moved out to walk, comprehend that family with kids and stuff can't do that...
@Frenchlilboy A person does not have to have money to walk. It can be done because I have done it several times. I have been homeless twice and I did not have no money then either. When I lived in these apartments one time and I would come home from work there would be thugs hanging around. I left. I had to haul my own water for awhile.
@Frenchlilboy Not all violence is just related to young people immaturity. I am not saying that it does not exist either. I have heard about Harlem and If I was living in that enviroment I would leave to a better more stable envoriroment.
@duvexy Well considering what she said violence and offences are related to young's people immaturity and environment and subcultures and many circumstances which we could all be victim of if we were young and living in those poor areas, and as you said "Being poor is no excuse for breaking the law" this judgment is very flatly and all points of the woman's message is clearly showing up a direct link between young's people violence and living in those areas. Living in a ghetto is horrific.
@Frenchlilboy Very well I do understand your intent and I accept it at that. Your messages and earnest and sincere, however I do realize these facts in which you lstated "but just realizing the fact that you didn't consider what the person said to explain their situation." How do you know that? When you say stuff like that it bothers me as you are assuming that I have not done that.
@duvexy I didn't say the law isn't the law but that some circumstances may lead to break them I just tried to explain to you, and laws were made by human beings like you and me, of course our duty is to don't break them but there ain't no law for helping these people when they are out in the streets starving and trying to survive. I didn't try to assasinate your character but just realizing the fact that you didn't consider what the person said to explain their situations.
