  • @kmezilina:

There is a bug on your vid. It says: "no description available" beneath it.

    Please correct that. :P

  • This heat is coming only by stress heating inside the material, the change of sound is indication the change of frequency of the vibrating horn and adjustment by change of metal structure through the heat.

Heat here is a negative side product of bad vibration of the so called sonotrodes (horns)

  • i so wish i could be a human experiment for them lol.

  • @Bizbet radiation from sound waves? thats a new one.

  • thank you

  • We are using this tech. in our packacking company for stick some paper products like İce tubes, calippos.

  • There is no 'radiation' from an ultrasonic device. The radiation it produces are acoustic heat. Ultrasonics are used to in industries for example to weld things together like plastics, but those require specific shapes from a nest and a horn to work effectively.

  • @Bizbet - Why would you have fear of an ultrasonic cleaner releasing radiation? They should not contain or produce any radiation so you should be safe on that part.

  • What does "Generator Stoped" mean?

  • Ultrasonic heating is well known in industry. It is commonly used to fuse plastic objects together.
