  • once you get the private pilot's license do you just keep renting a plane to get more hours or what?

  • Keep Flying and yes i am renting a plane.

  • couldn't ask for a better landing...great footage !!!

  • Thanks

  • so did you get it ?? Like to know how it went i am thinking of doing same

  • I'am still working on it.I'am having to pay for my IFR rating myself. GOOD LUCK

  • WTF are you talking about?? His flare was fine. It's normal for the stall horn to go off during the flare.

  • Had my first IFR flight yesterday from Novato, Ca to Santa Rosa Ca, in full IMC conditions. And WOW, am I ever ready to get my instrument license now!

  • dude thats pretty cool you got actual the first time you went IFR. i didnt get any actual until after i got instrument rated lol.

  • i miss the older 172's i did 90 percent of my flight training in older ones.

  • Nice approach, nice landing. Only if they all could be like that huh? :)

  • @codyl1992 if you want to get the the commercial area you just finish the hours reqired in the private pilot and you start the instrument and then commercial in nicaragua is like 200 hours and you pay like 130 $ for each instruction flight

  • Great job by the videographer. He understands viewers want long, steady shots, not constant movement of the camera.

  • Very nice...you let the wind push you slightly off the runway centerline, but nothing to get in a twist over. Try to hold the centerline on climbout. I saw and heard a steady positive climb rate...very good, and a nice 500 FPM decent..excellent...slow retard of the power at landing is also excellent. I am 64, retired pilot (still fly for fun) with 16,000+ hours with an ATP and a double i. I would give you a grade of 92 out of 100 if you were my student. Runway centerline lost 8 points.

  • That's awesome, there's something about flying in the clouds that just makes me jizz my pants.

  • perfect landing!

  • Hi, I'm just sim pilot myself, but I'm curious: what instruments did you use for landing? ILS, or some other kind of approach?
