@BlackHeaven, JKD is not for sport. Its for real life. MMA is sport fighting much, much dfifferent.

JKD is MMA, so how can MMA be better than itself? Bruce Lee created MMA anyways. So JKD, as Bruce Lees creation, would be considered better if you think MMA is better, out of MMA and JKD. But they both are the same so it doesn't make sense.

Wow there is a lot of fighting in here.
Any ways I think Tommy Carruthers should have shown a little more of his speed in the promo video. It would have converted better.
