yes im afghan, im also not stupid. civil war means people fighting themselves. in Afghanistan the problems started from other countries invading, and the taliban were also produced and supported by another country not afghanistan. calling it civil war is way to make it seem like the afghan people themselves are not capable of running there country.(which is false) i never said anything against the movie or the skateboards, i actually said its a nice idea. i hope u get what i mean

  • As a Soldier recently returning from Afghanistan, I really appreciate what you guys are doing for the kids there. Keep it up, how can I help?

actually is more of human rights then "america culture". if you think women should be treated as smthg less i pity ur mother.

  • i think that what you are doing for those kids is amazing, and keep up the good work! but at 2:38 where the guy does the twelve stair, its not in afghan, its in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. :)

  • @gurliegurl89 name the country that started that shit by its name: usa.

  • Congratulations on your film being selected by the Irvine International Film Festival! You deserve it! Everyone involved in Skateistan is AMAZING! : )

  • I love the project, but have strong feelings about children used in propaganda. The idea they are violent because they grow up around guns etc, it is simply false. Also, I'm sure the white skateboarder NGOs will try to impose their own cultures belief towards women. In American, freedom equals the right to be like Americans, not to be able to practice your own culture.

  • as an afghan now living in Canada, i am impressed and very much touched by this project

  • im native ameican skater and you know what skaters were always rebels, this is nothing new, only rebels uniting against the bullshit establishment SKATE ON ROLL ON BROTHERS AND SISTERS
