Nancy McLehose (Clarinda) was a (married) woman who Robert fell in love with while he lived in Edinburgh - at the time she had to be referred to as Clarinda lest her husband find them out. Robert's one sin was to be absolutely beloved of whichever woman showed him affection....a mortal sin??

Hi Bregowald,
The singer was a girl called Darcey Silver. Sadly it was never released as a single.There may be plans at some point in the future but not currently I'm afraid.
