It would make you ignorant, "Lacking knowledge" the knowledge of understanding that people laugh at different things, so calling someone stupid, or immature for laughing at a joke, would just mean that YOU dont understand the humor, and saying it isn't funny or stupid, would in turn make you ignorant.
