Pathology - Cyst Excise

Pathology is an American Death Metal band. Hailing from San Diego, California, Pathology was formed in the beginning of 2006 by drummer Dave Astor (The Locust, Cattle Decapitation). In September of 2006 the band released the debut demo album "Surgically Hacked" on Amputated Vein Records (Japan). In July of 2007 Pathology signed a deal with Grindhead Records (Australia) to release their second album "Incisions Of Perverse Debauchery" with the help of singer Levi Fuselier (Disgorge) on February 29, 2008. After "Incisions", Pathology tapped into the talents of vocalist Matty Way (also ex-Disgorge) for the new CD "Age Of Onset", which was released through Comatose records on June 23, 2009. In September of 2009, Matti Way amicably left the band to focus on his personal life, and vocalist Pascual Romero stepped in as the permanent vocalist. In December of 2009, the band signed with Victory Records who will release their upcoming 2010 album.
