Punjab Lok Boli Mela 2005 - Part One

Punjab Lok Sujag is an organization working for the social uplift of people of Punjab since 1984. The language rights of the people of Punjab are the area of interest and activities for us. To celebrate the richness of our mother tongue and to discuss the varied issues attached with its development, we organized a festival -- Punjab Lok Boli Mela every year since 2004. In 2005 it was held in "Haveli Lakha" district Okara from 17th to 21st February. The people from 5 districts of Punjab i.e. Okara, Sahiwal, Pakpattan, Kasur and Bahawalnagar attended and participated in the event. This is the first part of the Mela film. This year Mela is postponed as the law and order situation is not favorable. Next Mela is planed at Chiniot and is dedicated to Mian Kamal Din, a great story teller of our time. It will be held in November 2010.

If your a real punjabi you will love the other punjabi like your own. indian punjab and the pakistani punjab is the same thing just seperated by the british governemnt. remeber that our hearts are still one. If you are a punjabi from india premeber that there is a great chance of your grand parents and so on being from pakistan. me myself are from lahore before the seperation. please don't spread hate against each other
