Bachelor student Chelsea interviews some of the worlds greatest chefs at the Bocuse d'Or U.S.A. competition held at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY as they compete for a chance to represent America in the finals in Lyon, France in 2011. Interviews with Foundation President Thomas Keller, Vice President Jerome Bocuse, and Chairman Daniel Boulud. CIA students had the opportunity to work as commis along side the competitors.
