I know i know my room is messy. This is a few of my toys, and "yes" this is what i do when i wake up. Sony Vaio Laptop, (2) Pioneer CDJ-800 mk2's, Pioneer DJM-600, Tracktor Scratch Pro, (2) Crown XTi 2000's, (2) JBL MRX 515's, and a JBL MRX 528. I need to sell 1 of the XTi 2000 amps and buy a XTi 4000 for the highs, since they are underpowered, but i keep the limiting safe with my DBX Driverack PA+. I also have a NI Traktor Kontrol X1 controller, but it isn't hooked up at the moment.

  • I would say 1 Mrx 528s would be enough bass. Thats (2) 18" subwoofers and if you decide to do 2 i would go with the Mrx 525s for the highs and mids instead.

  • hey why dont you use ur cross over pressets from the amp??

  • @DJJASONPRODUCER I Run the crossover on on the Driverack. Subs get 50hz-80hz tops get 80hz-20khz.

  • hey nice setup. im looking to get an xti 4000 to drive a 1500w RMS Fi BL18 :) also i was wondering what is the song you are demoing here? thanks :)

  • I am looking at up grading my system. Do you think that 2 MRX515's and 2MRX528's would be to much? Not to sure on what amps yet, but I believe I will be going with crowns. Any suggestions?

  • @YzBrad99 Yeah i use my computer to custom edit my sound seting what i did is use the bult in eq on the crown and gave it more bass so now i get an intence bass with out having to put alot of volum on the crown les peaks

  • @DJJASONPRODUCER My bad, i meant to say i play my JBL MRX528S From 35hz-80hz. My JBL MRX515's i play from 80hz-20khz.

The Crown XTi and the DBX Driverack are both owned by Harmon, so i figured the Cross over settings would be similar. Are you using Band Manager to edit your crossover settings? The factory presets are very limited.
