Both RB/VI wanted it. He did a gig at the Brokerage, and the audience wanted it there too. The ONLY person that was against it was McTrash. She knew it was something positive for Greenlee, and she had to make her Kendall's fallout person. That wasn't a part of her plan. :(

I also wanted the show to try David/Greenlee. I think RB and VI would have liked it too. It would have been a very natural progression for the characters, their strong bond being their love for Leo. I can't understand why this was never tried out in 7 years.

I miss David/Greenlee -- so much. I wanted them together, and that stupid McTavish wouldn't allow it.

You mean McTrash? Yeah she was horrible. I couldn't really stand watching AMC shortly after she started writing for it.
