When agencies game the system the kids lose. Gaming creates cyclical revenue streams on the backs of broken kids for generations. It becomes programs for payroll.

Esquireyes, I agree with Mister Obama too - our nation has a serious fatherhood crisis.

I disagree that the most effective strategy is to tell deadbeats (men who chose to leave) to return and "step up".

I believe a MUCH more effective strategy is to provide equal protection of BOTH parent's rights, end the bias toward moms in divorce - so that more dads who WANT to be there, CAN be.

(Yes, continue CS enforcement against those who refuse, but don't paint the rest of us with that brush)
