Turbine fixed the vendor now for this past days and the document of ownership.

so now for first time buyers you pay 4gold,if you already had purchase a horse before then the price is around 1gold and 660silvers or so.

Yeah me too,want it for my alts but was lucky enought to get this horse.

The reason why they disable it cause of the price of the document of ownership.

I only paid 3 silver and 4 copper to get it.

The regular price should be for first timer its 4gold.

for people who have bought a horse before will get a discount for 1gold and 600 silver in which I should have paid.
