Just once.. just once ... I would like to hear Julia Gillard mention animal welfare issues. It is wrong that AUstralia continues to lag behind European countries on very important issues like banning sow pens and battery chicken farming. Has this woman any heart? If she has, I am yet to seen it. While I understand her priorities are with humans, she should remember that animal welfare is very important to many Aussies. Grow a heart Ranga! Stop using our animals to make money.
