I have used OWL for several semesters now and its caused me nothing but a headache. Some suggestions that have come from students...(1)multiple attempts on a question (this was my biggest complaint because students flat out didn't want to complete assignments after a "few" retries) and (2)There have been a couple instances where I have found incorrect answers on OWL and have had to go back to it. All in all, this is an ok system, but definitely needs to be tweaked for the better.
