With all due respect to Chuck Berry, Frank Marino took this song and absolutely owned it!! The power and fury on display is awesome.

What's interesting is that he's playing incredibly fast, but it's still melodic - unlike a lot of modern "shredders" who play fast but sound like they're playing scales.

Saw them on this Tour at the Oakland Coliseum. Stole the show from the likes of AC/DC, Aerosmith and Ted Nugent. Was my first Rock Concert. Awsome show and one of the best I've seen or remember...lol

any longer. Did you know ANGEL has been touring with Stevie Blaze from Lillian Axe on Guitar. Originals- Frank-Vox & Barry/Drums are still there.

Nice, thanks! I saw him at Alberta Jam in 1978, wasnt close enough, he was but a speck in the distance. A few years later I was driving at highway speed in the winter while listening to him do one of his big solos. I hit some black ice and my car started into a wild spin and then hit a big snow bank in the ditch and snow flying everywhere. At this same time this insane screaming fukin guitar solo going on. Now when I hear him I fell like spinning around and hitting the floor...laughs

thanx for your cool story.....i was lucky enough to see him last year in london ont. at the bluesfest....that was the first time since 1988 ! a 20 year gap between gigs! frank just gets better and better. russ
