Wishes and Cures Chapter 17

______Trina's POV_____

"Well what do you think?" I asked.

"It... it was amazing." Kevin said.

"What's wrong?" I asked. He couldn't fool me.

"It's nothing it's just..." He turned to Nick. "Do you think you could let us talk in private?"

"No. I don't think so. I have a few questions of my own." Nick said.

"Nick just leave." Kevin threatened.

"No."

"Yes."

"Make me." Nick said as he got up in Kevin's face.

Kevin pushed him. "She likes me!"

"She like me first." Nick pushed.

"You hurt her!" Kevin said and next thing I knew Nick was pouncing on top of him. The both threw a few punches and kicks in before it became too much.

"Stop it!" I screamed. "Stop it!"

I was crying. Great.

"Trina? Trina are you okay?" Kevin came to me quickly. I looked at Nick. He looked sad.

"Whatever. I'm gone." Nick said as he walked to the door and slammed it. Loudly.

"Kevin, are you okay?" I sniffled.

"Fine." He smiled.

"Come on let's clean you up."

After a few bandages and cries of pain later we were watching a movie. Is it wrong to feel so safe with a guy that's so wrong for you? I mean look at the facts. He was older, my sister's boss, my ex crushed brother... was this a mistake. I cared about Kevin but was it the same kind of caring as I once thought it was. Romantically of Family? I'm not sure. I know a part of me still likes Nick, but I don't know now. I'm confused. He's probably with Brenna right now. No need to worry about it now. And I didn't. I just laid there in the wrong guys arms. Wondering if I was making a mistake.
