This is a patient referred to me for a dislocated PCIOL. She origionally had a Crystalens placed but developed an RD and needed PPV which led to removal of most of the Crystalens (leaving a distal plate and whiskers) with placemednt of a sulcus PCIOL. A year or two later the sulcus fixated IOL dislocated and the patient was referred to me for repair. I initially believed that a single haptic could be fixated to sclera to secure the lens but ultimately both haptics needed to be suture fixated and the capsule/Crystalens fragment removed.
