He definitely is. I believe he would have been a great QB in the NFL if he had gone to a team with management and coaches who actually knew how to run a fucking franchise. McCoy goes to the Packers under Rodgers (was unlikely, but it's just an example) and he becomes an amazing QB. It is so much harder to become great playing for a failing franchise as a rookie, as oppose to learning from a proven winner for a number of years and then getting your shot

He definitely is but because he was drafted by the browns, who ruin the progression of every QB they draft, he looks like crap. Colt McCoy was a great QB in college and had potential for the NFL. Tebow had some star athletes at Florida, but in the NFL he was exposed.
