at 4:40 pm 12-20-2010 after Kern county civil division's 'alleged levy officer sargent'
"J. Craig" refused personal service and insited we needed to serve Echevery at HQ.

Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent and Notice to Agent is Notice to Princlipal.


2 ladies at the desk said Matt Echevery was "in the back" and that "he will come out" and asked us to have a seat and wait. But 'alleged commader' Edward Komin comes instead and tells us Matt is no longer there.. .. just one little problem with that.. our camera caught Matt echevery looking through the little window in the door right behind Komin who was blatantly LYING to us. Komin received out Notice to restrain the heriff's and levy officers from FORCING us out of our home the following morning at 6 am 12 21 2010,, and that Sheriff Donny Youngblood is NAMED a s a defebdabt in our lawsuits for GMAC bank fraud and federal RICO, (racketeering and organised crime) using public servants who the people trust as peace officers, to commits acts of terrorism against sovereign men and women who dont consent to their assumed and presumed authority.

ALL government entities have been served with Orders to Cease and Desist, but they just send more thugs to threaten us and handicap us... stay tuned... we'll be LIVE STRREAMING their trespasses and harrassment from now on.

What exactly are the ramifications (in this situation) of being a deputy and being served by you? Am I correct in my understanding that should the sheriffs office damage your properly or confiscate it each officer involved who has been served can have his/her personal wealth taken as compensation for you and your family?

@1984IcameandIstayed What exactly would the ramifications be if YOU broke into your neighbors house, threatened violence , imprisonment or death unless they give you all their money and property then put locks on their doors, vandalized what they value and cherish, throw them out in the rain , and slander them to other neighbors? You tell me friend, Is there a different outcome if for someone because they're wearing a Halloween costume? The government only exists by agreement, and I don't.

These cops n sheriffs do not comprehend what contract law is or what it is about, they do not know what commerce is, every time there are reserve notes exchanged they're engaged in commerce.
