i know you get asked this but i have never heard of sintra, is it a pvc board like the ones off foamboardsource website there are some there with similar names

would you be able to press it against your leg instead of the mold? or would it be to difficult or hot?

I wouldnt recommend that. you could really burn yourself doing that.
