Talk given by Henrietta Mann, Ph.D. in Kinsley, KS on May 5, 2013 as part of "Kansas Forts and the Indian Wars" discussion series sponsored by the Kinsley Public Library and the Edwards County Historical Society and funded in part by the Kansas Humanities Council. Dr. Mann is enrolled with the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma and is the founding president of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal College in Weatherford, OK. This is the second 15 minutes of the talk which lasted one hour.
