@rasjvon Dream Theater is progressive metal. That sub-genre is NOT mainstream at all, if that's what you're getting at. Yes, Khanate is fucking incredible, and they're very original, but then, DT is one of the most important names in prog metal because they were around the third and when people think "prog metal", they think of DT.

And I still don't get what you mean by metal with plastic implants. You mean by, fake, or seems better than it really is, or what?
