I thought of something else ya can do.  Dress up for Halloween early and go by somebodies house and say trick or treat. When they say something like it's not Halloween yet. Act sad and walk back to your car lol.

How NOT to solve the problem of tailgaters: make a sign that requires people to tailgate in order to read it. I wonder how much more often people ride that car's ass just to read their sign?
