I love his passion, he gives his 200% in every race, real winner type though. A lot of power, speed and technique but looks like his technique is sometimes a bit weak to comparing to Cantwell etch. His explosive power is excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Raikage100 i don't know, if the objective is to throw far arent you doing it right?. The idea of big circle little circle for conventional technique is valid and can be seen in sports like ice skating as well but adam's little circle-big circle approach put him at such a wide base that he can get more use of his lower body and much more separation than many others. I think it's a toss up.

Adam Nelson uses a lower-body throw to get power though.

that's the problem with most throwing coaches in high school nowadays: they figure that if you throw far, you are doing it right :(
He does look like he's trying to fix it though :)
