he started that in high school. The coaches tried to break him of that habit but he was throwing far so they left it alone.. Im practicing with adam tomorrow morning. He has changed the left leg a little, he keeps it lower to the ground it makes him faster. he leaves for china on sunday to get his gold medal fitted.

that's the problem with most throwing coaches in high school nowadays: they figure that if you throw far, you are doing it right :(
He does look like he's trying to fix it though :)

Adam Nelson uses a lower-body throw to get power though.

hes actually fixing that, he realizes hes not getting the most power he can get from his legs. hes learning to keep it lower and getting it down quicker so he can utilize his left leg correctly
