What stories did you freak out about this week?
We were shocked at the neighbor of gay people being attacked and burnt this week. Stuart Walker in Scotland, two gay men in England, and one man here in the US - who was burned by his so-called "friends"!!
And after reading about Joplin High School teacher Jim Whitney's responses to a former student's post on how many deaths it would take for people to see anti-gay bullying as an issue (11-18), we were disgusted. These are the exact sorts of behaviors by adults that lead to vicious attacks on gays all over the world - if our teachers cannot be expected to advocate tolerance of diversity, then who can?
What is our world coming to?!? We hope that next week is better.

Completely unknowledgeable of such cruel happenings, As the the "Favorite Showgirl" of my city, a minute of silence for those now in heaven after suffering the abominable intolerance of those animals! @TakaraSakura honestly, i don't care who's gay. what I do care about is that Jews and liberals are attempting to teach kindergarten children about it. It's insane.

I dont understand this whole spike in gay killing/ suicides. It seems to me that teens today are just too sensitive and can't take a little bullying. EVERYONE on the planet gets bullied in high school. Its just the way humans are. In high school everyone is awkward and angry so they take it out on each other. I have no sympathy for people killing themselves. There is never a good reason to kill yourself. As for the murders, it is bad and, like everything else, will take years to fix.

You should check out Jerry Lavigne "Ask Gays" video. He was a str8 man that wanted to know why people were gay but his questions were very homophobic and offensive and unfortunately stirred nothing but homophobic hate comments on his page..

@SuperKennyWinz Thanks for your comment! Friday Freakout is a place for me to vent about that week's stories, from the sad to the hilarious - after reading all the news all week, we need to blow off some steam!

Your message is very deep and should be delivered massively across the world, but from a media-presenter perspective - you suck! You're not even serious, and you talk about people being burned as if you're telling a kid not to play in the dirt.
Sorry, but I really wasn't touched by the way you delivered the message. The message itself saddens the shit out of me!

@yauj123 Thanks for the note! I try to keep my tone where I want it to be, but as I am doing this alone in a room there's not much live feedback! It's one of the many things that I do here at UB, and I am trying to dedicate more time to the FF so that it can resonate as deeply as I want it to be. I'm not necessarily trying to "touch" people with my message, simply give more voice and amplification to the content that we create everyday at Unicorn Booty.
