Located at 1016 Laguna Ave. this property is a classic example of hillside living in Echo Park. There are 2 bungalow houses on the Laguna street level. At the top of the hill with an entrance near West Kensington and Crosby Pl. are 2 single apartments and a 3 bedroom house. All feature spectacular views of Echo Park, Silver Lake and all the way to the Hollywood sign. There are many restaurants, shops, cafes and bars within walking distance. Dodger stadium, Silver Lake, Downtown and Hollywood are all close by. For more information contact the property manager, Ed, at 213-482-8344 or 1650echopark@gmail.com
