well remember the 8 laws of health. and thats good that you are cutting out dairy cause it was never meant for us to eat meat or cheese.and yes are anisisters were more healthy because of their diet.we all need to go back to the first diet-fruit grains and nuts.that is my diet.I would love to talk to you more about health and well be putting vegan recipes and cooking video's up.so stay tune

@Ejahi sis you just by flaxseed and boil it into a tea..it gets thick and a bit smooth..the longer you boil it the thicker it becomes.

@JessicaDee1987 I have been through this before with my last child so we school a lot from my bedside. My oldest can do most of her work independently and I give my preschooler lots of hands on activities to keep him busy. We also have started watching educationall dvd's for science since I havent been able to get downstairs and do experiments as much. And I also have lots of lessons about pregnancy childbirth. We talk about why mommy gets sick and trimesters and how babies develop in the womb
I love to drink smoothies when facing morning sickness. And they would be a good way to get healthy fats in too! Fresh coconut milk or cream makes a killer smoothie base - check around the internet for recipes. I just saw a smoothie recipe on YouTube that used bananas, figs and soaked flaxseeds - very high in Omega-3s.
