How is a military occupation responsible for poverty in Palestine? It's the fault of the gov't for not helping its citizens. It's the fault of Fatah for not being vigilant enough in pushing progressive change in Palestine. Don't play the blame game. Israel has its own citizens to provide for, and they can barely pay for it on their own.

13 Israelis killed by Palestinians, 373 Palestinians by Israelis in 07. Not counting those who died because they couldn't leave Gaza or get the medical treatment they needed.
