Denver Broncos News - Broncos Sign Willis McGahee, Trade for Brodrick Bunkley

The Denver Broncos finally went out and made some moves over this past weekend, and I think a majority of them will help improve our team this season. The most notable signing was us picking up RB Willis McGahee, we signed him to a 4 Yr, $9.5 Million Dollar Deal.

Also Yesterday the Broncos made a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles in which we acquired DT Brodrick Bunkley in exchange for a 2013 Draft pick which will be sent to Philly. The Broncos also re-signed DT Marcus Thomas, LB Wesley Woodyard, K Matt Prater, and DT Ryan McBean.

We also signed LB Nate Irving to a 4 Yr Contract, which now means every single one of our nine draft picks are under contract, and all have reported to camp. We also released S Renaldo Hill on Saturday to clear a roster spot and some cap space.

We also signed the following Free Agents to 1 Yr

@ItsyaboyAFizzle I like the addition of Fannin, I think he was really overshadowed by Cam Newton and Michael Dyer last season. So I think him getting a chance to shine here will be good for him, I do think it's gonna be hard for him to make the team with our depth at RB but, I think he can end up being our 4th String RB behind Moreno, McGahee, and White.

Your happy with signing an old running back, an injured DT, and guys who were all busts on their teams. They are all stretches in my opinion. We need to sign Derek Landri....he started all 16 games last year and had decent numbers. All the others are question marks who hopefully exceed expectations!
