My third field test using a 140 lb counterweight hoisted up 60 feet into a euc using a pulley, and then me clipping onto that line and letting the counterweight assist me as I ascend up to the pulley with no gaffs. The end goal being to replace the counterweight with a gas powered air compressor that will power my pneumatic cutting tools at the opposite end of the rope/air hose. The system reduces my weight to only 25 lbs in the tree, and also has the potential to power my tools.
