I forgot to wright down that the air brake are out half way on final, not all the way out. :P

You take off by pressing a series of keys on your keyboard that calls for a tow plane that comes within seconds.
The key combination is (by default):
CTRL + SHIFT + Y

Just some tips from a glider pilot :) Normally during the final approach you will keep the air break out through out most of the time, especially during touch down. Also try to keep it steady approach, keep the speed speedy and don't flare too early! When you get close to the ground, slowly pull the stick and try to float over the runway as long as possible. And I see you landed on your mean wheel, even though as weird as it might be you normally touch down with the back wheel with gliders.
