I am so very new to this sport....but one thing I have noticed is that you see the true heart of the athlete in that last 3 minutes of the LC set! Great and impressive work.

Nice work Sincere. Your video will help me in my training for the long cycle too, in particular the relaxation between reps and the economy of effort instead of trying to put in too much in each rep. Thanks

@Sarkartraining Thanks, Arnav. I look back at this clip and truly ralize what a difference almost a year has made. I'm come so far from that day in Michigan, and am fired up about where my training continues to take me.

That's awesome but I'm surprised those were only 44lbers. Not hating they just look much bigger. I just started training with kettlebells about 5 months ago and it's totally changed and saved my life. My goal is to participate in a meet before the end of this year. I'm stoked, it hurts so much training for it but it's so much fun. I know you can't let the bells touch the ground during a meet but is it ok to let them hit during training as long as you don't rest with them there?

@mcmmike21 Thanks.Yeah, the beauty of competition bells is that, no matter how heavy they are, they are all the same size. Thus, there is no need to readjust & relearn your grip, due to an increase in weight.
In Kettlebell spot, once you put the bells down, that is the end of your set. You are also not allowed to rest the bells on your shoulders. However, with competition bells, it is nearly impossible to go for time and not have the bells touch. So, no worries on that front.
