This is what began my journey into uncontrolled tremors. This was filmed on July 24, 2010. This was my main tremor for a long time. The tremors began on April 30, 2010. This is the left arm myclonic movement that the doctors saw. Its completely involuntary. I have no control When it happened the first time it was both shoulders and it was bad. It lasted a good 4 hours. No one was home but they did get to see it later on.

Took some time but I managed to get an appointment with a Neurologist and the arm luckily did these movements in front of him.

This is not the only movement I am suffering from. My head has some involuntary movements and my right leg does some really hard jerking tremors sometimes in the middle of the night. My entire body tremors very subtly much of the time.

You know those little creepy crawly random muscle twitches I feel those throughout the day every day.

Sometimes randomly my arm will do something else. My face muscles twitch too. The other day maybe a week or two ago I woke up from a nap on my bed and my left arm literally just started randomly flailing about. I called it dancing just to be silly.

About a week ago my toe on my left foot decided to curl and then lock in that position wow that was painful. That last about a minute to two minutes.

Probably a month ago I woke up in the middle of the night to my head going back followed by my back arching and locking in that position fro probably 30 sec.

I have woken up in the middle of the night or in the morning with my entire body shaking much like I am in an earthquake or with a chill and shivering. But I was not chilly nor were we having an earthquake. If I wake up to that I have to wait it out cause I really cant do much like that.

There is much much more. But this should give you a taste of what I am going through.

I am on a medication that really makes the large movements less and subside a bit. I am hoping to get in to see the Neurologist again soon but government insurance is really retarded and I have to wait for another authorization. MEH

BTW if you have nothing nice to say just keep it to yourself and go watch another video.

  • sometime my whole are moves like 2inches and my legs shake ect is that what you have? is it somethink to worry about? Thanks

  • @ht448 Its not normal to shake on a regular basis and there are any number of things that can cause it. I am in a long process to diagnosis. Some days are better than others but none the less there is alot of stress with it sometimes. But yes I still shake on and off.

  • @BethRosePizana well sometimes ill just have like a Spit second TWICH up my spine or a little hand movment and it freaks me out espitialy becouse im only 16 :L

  • @ht448 Well anything that makes your feel a bit abnormal will definitely freak you out a bit. Keep in mind everyone twitches once in a while. That is perfectly normal. Everyone including animals twitch as they fall asleep its part of that process. What I am going through is twitches and shaking that is on and off throughout the week. It comes and goes some weeks are better than others.

  • My best friend pinched a nerve when diving for school an now has had this happen the past three days with a constant two to three spasms per second. Hers are so hard that when I went to feel it it made me shake so hard that my head kinda was thrown back. Hers don't hurt as bad being she's been in school. She can't sleep eat or write. Is there a way to stop it or control it?

  • @randomstuffinmylife Well the doctor gave me some medication to help control it. And without the madication it happens alot more than it does now. It helps to get good sleep cause I tremor less. It also helps not be stressed ouit. Course can not always control that. Best thing to do is try to relax. If your in a situation where you might hit people then you should hold your arm bracing it against your body other sise just let it go in safe situation.

  • It has been developing further so bed time equals whole new adventures in uncontrolled muscle movements. But yes at times it does increase.

  • Does it increase when you go to bed? I find that I react the exact same way you do but only when I go to sleep and not as freequntly. But very similar. Shoulder area most.

  • Thumb up from GEEKGEAR
