I wish that the public got to see more often (also in our country) what one's job is about. Especially in this hardening and ever increasing ego-centric society. It's not rare already that people judge others while not knowing what the talk about.
Giving 'em a view in "the kitchen" not only might get hard workers some well-deserved respect and understanding, when workers go on strike some explainatory video might show the "other side of the medal" when suffering the effects of a strike.
