@FuchsUndRabe While I can accept your sensitivity to the hakenkreutz, I am a bit insulted that you imply that I am stupid. You do not know me...if you did, you might find that I am not stupid. The history of every country has shameful events. After 66 years, it seems that it is time to be a bit more objective. Even Custer's Last Stand is being revealed to be an attempted massacre of an Indian village by US troops. That was then...this is now.

@Stukadriver Thanks for the info, Stukadriver! I will have to try and hunt down the Builder's Guide.

The construction plans were drawn up by Louis Langhurst in the 1970s and I think it borrows a lot of components from the PT-19 aircraft. I don't know if the plans are still available, but you can start looking for them using his name.

@Falke40lg There are videos from the outside. Check "Collings Foundation History Weekend" I was in their show a few times.

@peepertti I think it is a combination of Luftwaffe songs... One is the "Stuka Lied".
Hi there Stukadriver! I was wondering what the construction of the aircraft is, also what engine is mounted? Are you aware of any plans commercially available for prospective builders? Thanks for sharing your very unique machine with us.

@SnoDawgNZ Louis never really did construction drawings per se. I do have schematics that an experienced builder could probably use to build most all of the components of the aircraft, but no drawings that detail, for example, the engine mounts, electrical, or guages. He did write up a "Builder's Guide" which has some good details as well. "FiveCentsPlease" is correct that the landing gear and flight controls are from the PT-19. I would upgrade the braking system, though.

Almost a great video... Is there any cockpit footage of this Stuka dive bomber in the classic Stuka trade mark 70 degree dive, sirens wailing?
