Flow- Urban Parkour Chase

Well, anyway, we shot this in the city of Philadelphia and tried to give the video more of a feeling of flow that you get when doing parkour.

Parkour is the goal is to move from one point to another as quickly and efficiently as possible. It is quickly becoming popular all around the world. In 20 years, mailmen will be jumping on rooftops to deliver mail... :D

if u can reach up to the top of the thing ur jumping off of, its very useless to roll

@mattsabeast1000 no, rolling helps you continue running faster and its safer. If the thing i like 4 ft tall sure, but rolling can still help.

I don't care what other people say, vid is kinda cool, people complain because there is no spectacular stuff but, really, who cares?

It's a nice edit, gives you a sese of motion, continous motion, something that does not come easily. Keepitup! :D

you guys are pretty good for your age. but you still have a ways to improve. don't get me wrong you are good. but when you get bigger you will be able to accomplish a lot more in your parkour career
