The 'principal of customers' is great if you're with a company like Shine that uses MLM as only a side-component to its existing customer base derived from traditional retail sales. The bulk majority of USA-based MLMs can't rely on helping distributors develop a strong customer-base since products are so fabulously overpriced, potential customers (aka non-distributors) shriek when they see highly inflated MLM prices that the only viable way to consume them is to become a distributor themselves.

Great video! What this says to me is that if you don't have a world-class product or service, you won't be able to build a world-class business. The PRODUCT is the KEY.
